It's simple. In between sets of weights, I do a yoga pose (or two poses). Sometimes I'll do another 10 minutes post-weights.

Yoga is also less jarring to the joints. You will find that many of the workouts on the market are full of bouncing and running which can all cause some pain in your joints. A lower impact workout, such as yoga will help you to prevent your joints from becoming injured during the workout. You will also be in less pain when you are finished. While your muscles will feel the workout that they have received, your joints won't be in pain from the constant jarring that they receive during a higher impact workout.

You probably wouldn't care for the adhesive texture during normal yoga, it's mainly for helping with a lot of perspiration.
